Jo Boardman

I am a degree-qualified soft tissue massage therapist having completed a bachelors in Sports and Therapeutic Massage, incorporating Neuromuscular Therapy. I provide/treat the following:

  • Postural Assessment and Orthopaedic Testing

  • Remedial Massage Therapy, including Trigger Point Therapy

  • Sports Massage Therapy

  • Rehabilitative Massage post-surgery

  • Headaches/Migraines support including head massage

Melissa Mead

Throughout my upbringing in the States, my passion for enhancing lives and fostering well-being took root. This calling led me to pursue studies in massage and physiotherapy in South Central Texas. My experiences covered paediatrics to geriatrics giving me an understanding of treating people holistically.

In 2000 I moved to South Africa where I expanded my expertise through studies in Therapeutic Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Myofascial Massage.

My most recent training is in MSTR – a scar tissue release technique that has decreased pain and increased mobility and confidence in my clients.

Your well-being is paramount to me. With training in Relaxation, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage, and more, I am dedicated to tailoring sessions that best support you. During our time together, I will integrate these diverse practices to ensure a holistic approach to your care.
